What is it that you love about being a Personal Trainer OR Why did you start personal training?

As a former athlete in track & field and bobsled, I enjoyed physical fitness and transitioned into the corporate world of which, I became sedentary and “chained to the desk". I gained a significate amount of weight and implemented my strategy to lose the weight and get fit and healthy as a lifestyle. I quit the "corporate world” in October 2021 and decided to purse my passion of health and wellness further by achieving my Personal Trainer certification. I want to make an impact in this world by sharing and helping people that want to improve their fitness and/or face health and wellness challenges.
