Have you ever wanted to train in the weight room, but have no idea where to start or how to use the equipment properly? Well this is your chance! With the guidance of a personal trainer, you will learn to utilize the machines, squat racks, kettlebells, turf, plyo boxes and more. This program will set you up to train successfully on your own and will provide you with a full program to do just that! But wait! There is a challenge! You will train twice a week with the trainer and then you will have homework! Repeat the programs again within the same week and be entered to win a prize!

Fitness, Trainging, Summer ActivitiesGear Up For Summer

Get ready to jump into your favourite summer activities with our 4-week “Gear up for summer” series. In each class you will mobilize and strengthen your body with muscle conditioning and cardio, while building skills unique to the activities of the week. Each class will finish off with a somatic release; a training of sensory motor receptions to release muscles we habitually tighten from repetitive use. Weeks 1 -4 include; Get ready to... Hike, Cycle, Golf, and Paddle. Regardless of your chosen summer activity, you will get a full workout complete with Somatic alignment and muscle release to help prevent repetitive strain injury.
