ABOUT THE POSITION
A Member Services Associate should have a warm and welcoming persona, enjoy personal interaction, have high attention to detail, confidence and be willing to work well within a team environment. A Member Services Associate should be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
COMPENSATION
- Minimum base salary of $2500/month (based upon qualifications) + Commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and your portfolio of members
- Ability to perform our sales process with confidence
- Ensure the club's monthly membership goals are met
- Proactively develop a personal prospecting plan that will allow you to create and maintain a lead base
- Assist in meeting club monthly retention goals
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly sales tasks
- Attend all sales and club meetings and events
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of sales experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- High level of organization and strong planning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess high attention to detail
- Ability to work and think both independently, and cohesively in a team environment
- Self-motivated
- Must have open availability
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft and Excel proficient)
- Reliable transportation
