Supplement King will be at our clubs on Father’s Day offering free samples to all the amazing dads out there who come in for a workout that day. Happy Father’s Day!
All of our classes on Canada Day will be outside (weather permitting)! At both clubs we will move our classes into the parking lot and enjoy the weather together while we get our workouts done. It will be so much fun and we can’t wait to see you all there!
