Barre

A low impact, energizing workout that fuses Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. This high rep, low resistance class burns calories, lengthens muscles and improves flexibility. No dance experience required!

This Unique fusion class incorporates boxing and barre to create an energizing workout. Barre mixes Yoga, Pilates and Ballet to Lengthen muscles and improve flexibility. In the boxing portion you will kick and punch your way through this physical and mental workout to help improve fitness and reduce stress. Your body won't know what hit it with this amazing new workout style.

Cardio HIIT

This interval class is all about cardio. With the use of timed intervals, variety of cardio drills and short rests this workout will get your heart pumping! This workout is all about getting sweaty and working hard!

Core & Deep Stretch

Overall strength and stability in the body is achieved through a strong core and flexible muscles. This class is a combination of strengthening exercises for the core followed by a deep stretch. The stretch will help to improve joint health and muscle flexibility reducing the risk of injury. Walk away from this class with improved posture and a feeling of well-being.

Easy Variations

This easy paced and functional fitness class is for beginners, pre/postnatal moms and active agers who want to jump in and have some fun. The class will include a focus on cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. If you are just stepping back into the gym this is a great class to start with.

Fight Club is a Cardio Kickboxing format with choreographed elements that is heart pumping and exhilarating. This total body workout combines cardio fitness with shadow boxing & defensive moves to elevate the heart rate while training speed and agility. FIIT STRONG

Get strong in our functional Individualized intensity training studio. With a combination of mobility, strength and conditioning you will train your body with functional movement patterns to get you stronger for everyday life. With our sled track, battle ropes and tire flipping you will feel stronger in no time.

Fit Box

Kick and punch your way through this physical and mental work out to help improve fitness and reduce stress. This drill based class has an emphasis on technique to help improve power, agility, and reaction time.

Fusion

Fusion is a mat based class working through Yoga, Pilates and Strength fitness exercises. A variety of equipment can be used. Participants can choose to work bare foot, barre/yoga socks or with shoes. Yoga mat recommended .

Hatha Yoga

This class focuses on the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Heavy HIIT & Core

This interval class is all about muscle. With the use of timed intervals, heavier weights and structured programming, fire up your muscles and get a cardio workout without doing one burpee!  Interval time and exercises will vary which will also keep your body guessing. Burn some serious calories while getting stronger!

HIIT the Turf

This unique class incorporates many different spaces on the gym floor - the Turf, rowing machines and treadmills. Exercises will be taught in an interval style with portable equipment such as battle ropes, slam balls, and plyo boxes. The class is very fast-paced and will have you moving from start to finish.  
Enjoy a fun HIIT style workout with a motivating team-oriented fitness environment.

Journey to your Toes

New to yoga? Haven't spent much quality time with your mat lately? This class may be for you!  
Geared towards beginners or experienced yogi's wanting to learn more about the foundations of a regular yoga practice. A slower class that will break down the sun salutations & asanas (poses) ensuring you feel safe & confident moving through the poses. We will also explore relaxation, centering and pranayama (breathing techniques).

Lift

In this weight training class, use dumbbells, body weight and more to improve muscular strength. Exercises will vary; however, modifications will be given to allow everyone to be successful. Progress strength by continually overloading the muscles and gain the healthy, strong body you desire.  LIFT your way strong!

Mobility Sculpt

Mobility is essential for the health of our body.  In this class we will focus on mobilizing the joints, then stretching the muscles that are tight around that joint and strengthening the weak muscles.  Combining all three will help to create a strong and more mobile body that will keep you moving for years to come!

Pilates

The classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. They are low-impact. The mat floor exercises may also be combined with other props such as weights, balls, therabands, rings, and Barre.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by singing bowls by our own sound bath practitioner. The intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear thoughts and assist in meditation. Among the benefits are relaxation, an increased sense of well-being and expanded awareness.

Spin and Strength

  • This half and half class will provide you with the workout you need!  Spend the first 25-30 minutes on the bike where you will get a great cardio workout.  Then transition to the floor and spend 25-30 minutes performing exercises to help strengthen every muscle.  This class is geared to all levels.

Join us for a great spin workout that focuses on technique, proper form, safety and getting the best cardiovascular ride an hour can provide. Get physically and mentally strong with all of the varied types of drills trained in this class.

Steel Combat

Steel Combat is a dynamic and intense cardio workout, where the participants use boxing and martial arts techniques to perform a full body workout through motivational and innovative musical system. Choreography will remain the same for a month at a time. Expect to burn up to 700 calories per session.

The best of two classes rolled into one. Step choreography combined with a variety of free weights, body weight exercises and other equipment to improve your cardio, strength and balance.

Step it Up

Get your step on! Challenge your brain and body with this choreographed class. Throughout the hour, learn intermediate to advanced step choreography that will flow from one pattern to the next. All cardio, no intervals, just step fun!

Tabata Blast

This class combines a variety of cardio and weight-bearing exercises with a 2:1 work-to-rest ratio, which increases metabolism and fitness levels in a short amount of time.

Therapeutic Yoga

Habitual movement patterns and past injuries lead to malformations in the spine which create pain, stiffness, imbalance and compensation. Through the use of mobilization techniques, we can begin to break down these patterns and restructure deeply held tension in the body. In this practice we will utilize the soft props inspired by Critical Alignment TherapyTM including the Black Spinal Strip and lower back felt roll to mobilize the spine.  
Each class will include breath awareness, mindfulness, soft prop mobilization and gentle yoga postures. A slow reflective and therapeutic experience.

Total Body Blast

This class will help you burn calories as we work through a variety of conditioning exercises using weights, portable equipment and your body weight. There will be a strong focus on exercises for your whole body which will also help you move better in your everyday life!

TRX Strong

This class is for everyone and so is TRX! Join us for this full body, strength-based workout using this more focused, functional approach to training with the TRX suspension system.  Push, pull, lunge, plank, hinge and squat your way to improved functional fitness and sport specific performance goals.   
It doesn't matter if you are starting strong and getting stronger or totally new to the journey of strength-based training, our TRX STRONG class is for you!  
This TRX STRONG class will focus more on muscular strength training and will always have a strong emphasis on core engagement, strength and stabilization.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.  The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher. Classes may be sequenced around a peak pose such as a backbend, or they might focus on a particular theme such as the chakras or an aspect of yoga philosophy. The class may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility in the spine or the hips.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

Yoga Renew

Expect to gently flow though yoga postures in this all levels and abilities class where you will create a bit of warmth, and release tension in your body and mind. This practice offers you an opportunity to connect your breath with movement while deeply connecting to the present moment. Yoga Renew will leave you feeling re-energized and renewed for your day ahead.

This circuit style class will give you everything you are looking for; cardio, strength, core and more.  The workout can range from muscle group focus to a full body burn.  Every experience will be unique, but will motivate you to work hard and get the results you are looking for!

ZONE 60

This circuit (stations) style class will give you everything you are looking for; cardio, strength, core, and more.  The workout can range from muscle group focus to a full-body burn.  In this 60-minute class, there will be a functional warm-up, 30-35 minute circuit followed by a group core section and stretch.  Every experience will be unique, but will motivate you to work hard and get the results you are looking for!

What is it you love about teaching Group Fitness?
I love that people are having fun when they are working out. Always try to make it as enjoyable as possible for them. I started participating in group fitness (step classes) here and I loved every minute of it. After Zumba showed up in this Country and it was more fun dancing (LOVE IT)

I love the community of group exercise, where students support and help each other out, I love the energy of a group moving and getting healthy together, and I love being a small part of a person’s wellness- I get to choose creative and effective class plans that help keep my students healthy, mobile, strong, joyful and calm.  It’s an honour to keep my students safe and well.
