In this 90-minute, beginner-friendly class, we’ll start on dry land where you'll learn the basics of balance, paddling technique, and water safety. Then, it's time to hit the water! With guidance and encouragement, you’ll be up on the board, soaking in the scenery, and enjoying the calm, refreshing experience of paddleboarding. No experience needed — just bring your sense of adventure!
Boards and life vests are available to rent if you don’t have your own.

🕘 9:00–10:30 AMJoin us for a group hike to Ptarmigan Cirque in Kananaskis to take in the stunning golden larches at their peak. We'll meet at the Ptarmigan Cirque Trailhead at Highwood Pass at 9:00 AM and plan to start hiking by 9:30 AM. This loop trail is about 4.5 km with 200 meters of elevation gain, making it a relatively easy to moderate hike that's perfect for soaking in fall colors. Expect crisp alpine air, wide-open mountain views, and the unforgettable sight of larches glowing gold against the rocky peaks.
