Summer is fast approaching and with that comes a new schedule.  For the months of July and August at Silver Springs we will be running a reduced schedule. Take a look!

To register for all our classes please call the front desk or thru your Big Sky app.

Douglas Glen

As we head into summer months, we have some exciting opportunities for you to enjoy some outdoor fitness!  

We are hosting a Learn to Run registered program July 18th - Aug 24th This will run two days per week from 5:30pm-7:00pm. This amazing program will be led by our skilled instructor Tana. She will lead you through a warmup and mobility exercises before you hit the pathways around Douglas Glen. This six-week program is a beginner running program that will progress as you go. Please let us know if you would like more information. 

Canada Day is fast approaching and we are very excited to have a specialty Outdoor Hiit the Turf Class (weather dependent). We will open all the garage doors on the backside of the gym and let in the sunshine! Spaces are limited for this class so book in to save your spot!

There will be slight changes to the group class schedule for July and August. Please make sure you have a look and book into your classes before you come.
