Group Fitness Updates: May 2022

Silver Springs Group Classes are taught by an amazing team of instructors who are fully qualified to give you the best experience in every class!  One of those fabulous instructors is Kim Bieber.  

Kim joined our team in 2019 and has made a great impact at the club.  She may be petite, but she teaches a mean class!  You can catch Kim every Tuesday morning at 6:15am for Zone 45 and for the next little while she is covering Thursdays at 8:15am for Hiit the Turf and 9:15am for LIFT. 

Here is a little more about Kim! 

I am from Saskatchewan, a  small town named Grayson.  I have my personal training certification, kickboxing certificate, pre and post natal exercise certificate and nutrition coach certification through Precision Nutrition.  I love the atmosphere of a group class big or small and helping clients reach their goals and getting to know each of them.

Our studios have been getting busier and we love seeing you enjoying our Group Classes.  We take pride in our balanced programming, being able to offer you a variety of classes in each timeslot.

We have Big Sky signature workouts in different class categories to help with your overall wellness. 

If you're looking for a high-intensity class that will incorporate strength and conditioning, and orient you to the gym floor try HIIT the Turf.  Zone 45 will also get you sweating in this circuit-style workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core.  

If you haven't tried our signature mobility class Mobility Sculpt you can find that on the schedule Friday's at 9:30am.  This class will help mobilize and strengthen specific joints, increasing range of motion and quality of movement.

 If you're looking for a pure strength workout try Heavy HIIT.  In this class, get your heart pumping, incorporating full body strength moves with no cardio intervals at all!
