Group Fitness Updates

Silver Springs  

Spring is in the air! Classes at Silver Springs are in full swing. Have you joined us yet? We have a full schedule with a class to suit everyone's needs and timeslots.

Starting at 6:15am in the morning with Zone 45 on Tuesdays, Spin on Wednesdays and Cardio HIIT on Thursdays. If you are heading back to work and need to get in a quick workout before you go into the office, check these classes out!

8:15am has a full schedule Monday - Saturday which includes Spin, Zone 45, HIIT the Turf and Fight Club.

Our 9:15am classes are definitely the busiest ones and sometimes hard to get into. If your schedule is flexible give 10:30am a try. We have Step, Fusion, Yoga, and Barre available.  

11:45am is our lower intensity classes which include Easy Variations, Yoga, and Mobility Sculpt. 

If evenings are more if your thing; 5:30pm will give you what you need! Heavy HIIT, Spin, Zumba, and Total Body Blast make up this time slot. 

Our later evening classes include Yoga, Barre, Core & Deep Stretch at 6:45pm and Spin on Tuesdays at 8pm.

All of our classes are listed on the website and app with full descriptions. Become part of the community and enjoy a workout where you do not have to think about what to do!

Not into trying classes out on your own? Bring a friend! If you have a friend who is not a member, we can provide them with passes. For this month, when you bring a friend, a complimentary In-Body is included for your friend.

Douglas Glen

At Douglas Glen we are excited to announce two new exciting "pop-up" times for the group fitness schedule for three weeks! From Feb 22nd - March 10th, Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm classes will now be at 4:30pm. Same great instructors, same great format. Can't wait to see you there!

New Class Alert! Tuesday 8:30am class is now Heavy HIIT & Core - This interval class is all about muscle. With the use of timed intervals, heavier weights and structured programming, fire up your muscles and get a cardio workout without doing one burpee!  Interval time and exercises will vary which will also keep your body guessing. Burn some serious calories while getting stronger! Don't forget to pre-register for your classes!
